We sell the majority of our chevre seven days after we have started the batch, making it a truly fresh and unique product.
Fresh Chevre is a mild, spreadable goat's milk cheese, which is very versatile; it goes well on salads, on crackers, and can bring baked dishes to new heights. We make a plain chevre, a pepper chevre, and an herbal chevre.
